Witness tells court he was paid money to vote for Unity

DAUGAVPILS - A controversial court case drags on in the Latgalian town of Rezekne, where the court continued hearing a criminal case on vote buying during the last Saeima elections on May 4, and heard witness Igors Zorins, who confirmed that he had accepted cash for voting for Unity during the elections. Zorins told the court that he received the money from Andrejs Sackovskis, a defendant in the case, after showing them the remaining ballots.
