Winston was the most popular cigarette brand in Latvia in the first nine months of the year, the State Revenue Service’s data on excised goods suggest. L&M was the second most popular cigarette brand and Marlboro came third in the first nine months, followed by LD. Philip Morris placed fifth, Rothmans sixth, Caines seventh, Kent eighth, Chesterfield ninth and Camel tenth in the first nine months of the year.
