Western embassies support Lithuania's Baltic Pride LGBTI parade

Lithuania's Foreign Ministry and embassies of a number of Western countries have declared support of the LGBTI rally in Vilnius. Poland, Hungary, Romania, and Greece, four European Union member states which have embassies in Vilnius, did not join the initiative. "LGBTI (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Intersex) rights are human rights, which everyone should support and respect," reads the declaration.
