Valsts Nekustamie Ipasumi (state real estate management company) has decided to terminate contract with construction company Rere Buve 1 for reconstruction of the New Riga Theater's (Jaunais Rigas Teatris, JRT) building, Rere Buve CEO Valdis Koks said.
Rere Buve was informed by VNI about termination of the contract for reconstruction of JRT on July 23.
Koks believes that the VNI's decision is completely unfounded and says that the company will turn to courts in order to have it overturned.
