Vilnius mayor suggests liberalizing wooden construction

Vilnius Mayor Remigijus Simasius has on November 20 proposed liberalizing wooden architecture in Lithuania and promote the use of wood in construction. "I hope for a swift and effective breakthrough," he told participants of an international conference on possibilities for Lithuania to become a center for the production and export of wooden construction.
