Vilnius University's Institute of International Relations and Political Science (VU TSPMI) has warned its students that a Russian intelligence officer mentioned in a Lithuanian intelligence bodies' report on national security threats, has been seen attending the institute's events. VU TSPMI also posted several photos of the man at the institute's events, noting that he was the same man whose photo was in the 2017 intelligence report.
