RIGA - Prospective vaccines are offering light at the end of the Covid-19 crisis tunnel, Prime Minister Krisjanis Karins (New Unity) told Saeima today.
The prime minister emphasized that the state is in crisis which is why a number of restrictions and safety measures have been introduced in Latvia.
