Yevgeny Kazmin, a co-owner of Ukraine’s KVV Group, which owns Latvia’s insolvent steel company KVV Liepajas Metalurgs, has filed a lawsuit against Latvia with the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID).
