TMF Group expands into Estonia following its acquisition of Nordgain

TMF Group, a leading provider of global administrative and compliance  services, today announced its expansion into Estonia. 

After the acquisition of Nordgain in October 2025, TMF Group expanded into Lithuania and Latvia,  and has now opened a new office in Estonia, strengthening its presence in the Baltic region.  

Nordgain, part of TMF Group, provides integrated finance, accounting, tax compliance, and HR  solutions to international and growing businesses. The company supports both standard and regulated  entities, including licensed companies and investment structures, requiring structured and compliant  financial operations.
