VILNIUS – Thirty educational establishments in Lithuania have been affected by positive coronavirus cases among their students and staff, with a total of 43 people diagnosed with COVID-19 and 561 placed into isolation, an epidemiologists said on Monday.
The infected people include 34 children (two of them are of pre-school age), six teachers, and three staff members with no direct contact with the educational process, Daiva Razmuviene of the National Public Health Center (NPHC) said.
