Russian helicopters potentially violated Lithuanian airspace

Questions are being raised as to whether three Russian helicopters from Kaliningrad entered Russian Lithuanian aircraft on April 12, but it remains unclear whether they were civil or military aircraft.  Moreover, Lithuania's military radars failed  register any helicopters entering Lithuanian airspace.
