Tallinn’s RE market off to brisk start in 2020

A total of 533 new apartments were signed off as sold or booked on the new developments market of Tallinn and surrounding Harju County in January, marking the first time ever that the number of such apartments finding a buyer during a month crosses the 500 mark, real estate broker Pindi Kinnisvara said on February 14. That is compared with 3,500 apartments sold during 2019.
