Tallinn mayor reflects on homeless people in public transport

Homeless people with poor hygiene cannot be removed from public transport just because they make other passengers feel uncomfortable, Mayor of Tallinn Mihhail Kolvart said on February 15. Kolvart was replying to a question submitted by Mart Kallas and Kairet Remmak-Grassmann, members of the council of Tallinn from the Estonian Conservative People's Party (EKRE), who said residents have been complaining about the dirtiness of public transport in Tallinn, and specifically about dirty people on trams, the English-language news portal of public broadcaster ERR reported.&#...
