Tallink's Baltic Queen to operate 4 Tallinn-Helsinki-Mariehamn trips in July

TALLINN - The listed Estonian shipper Tallink Grupp has announced that the company’s vessel Baltic Queen will operate altogether four weekly trips on the Tallinn- Helsinki-Mariehamn route in July, departing from Tallinn via Helsinki to Mariehamn on Fridays throughout the summer month.

The departures are scheduled for July 3, 10, 17 and 24, Tallink said. The Baltic Queen departs from Tallinn at 3. p.m. and arrives at Helsinki West Terminal at 6 p.m., and departs for Mariehamn at 6:30 p.m. The vessel arrives in Mariehamn the following morning at 9 a.m.

On the opposite direction, the ship departs from Mariehamn at 6 p.m. and arrives in Helsinki the following morning at 10 a.m. Departure from Helsinki is scheduled for 11 a.m. and arrival in Tallinn for 1:30 p.m.

The June departures from Tallinn only are already proving popular, Piret Murk-Dubout, management board member of Tallink Grupp said.

Travellers on foot, with bicycles, motorbikes and cars are all welcome on these trips.
