Sweden’s IKEA still mulls opening stores in Latvia, Estonia

The world’s largest furniture company, Sweden’s IKEA, is still considering opening stores in Latvia and Estonia, said Johannes Johannesson, a representative of Felit, the operator of the IKEA store in Vilnius. Felit is the holder of the IKEA franchise in all three Baltic States. At present the possibility of opening IKEA stores in the Estonian and Latvian markets is being weighed with a plan to further expansion.
