Swedbank is most popular brand in Latvia, Google – in Lithuania, Estonia

RIGA - Swedbank is the most popular brand in Latvia, while Google – in Lithuania and Estonia, according to a survey conducted by Kantar Emor.

Among all respondents in Latvia, 14.8 percent named Swedbank as their most favorite brand, following by Apple (10.5 percent), and Laima (10 percent), LMT (9.8 percent), Samsung (9.3 percent), Rimi and Facebook (9.1 percent each), Maxima (8.9 percent), Google (8.3 percent), and BMW (8.1 percent).

In Lithuania Google was followed by Facebook, Maxima, Gmail, Youtube, Samsung, Lidl, Swedbank, Tele2, and Telia.

In Estonia Google was followed by Kalev, Swedbank, Youtuve, Telia, Selver, Gmail, Skype, ETV, and SEB.

The survey on most popular brands in the Baltic states was conducted in April, polling 1,000 respondents, aged 15-74, in each country. The survey included 150 different brands. The initial list of brands was composed based on the previous survey.
