Swedbank: Tallinn apartment prices have stabilised

The affordability of housing in Tallinn rose by 10.1 points in the first quarter of this year compared with the same period in 2015 due to an 8.5 per cent rise in net wages and almost stable apartment prices, Swedbank said in a commentary added to its housing affordability indicators for the three Baltic capitals.
