Svetlana Cimmere joins the CleanR management team

To improve the corporate governance model of SIA CleanR and strengthen the company’s management team, Svetlana Cimmere has been appointed as a member of the company’s Management Board in the field of finance by the decision of the shareholders of SIA CleanR, the company informed.

Cimmere will oversee finance, IT, personnel management, and administrative support, as well as the coordination of significant company development projects.

Svetlana Cimmere is an experienced leader with more than 15 years of background in financial management, corporate transformation, and business process development on an international scale. She has held leading positions in companies in the consumer and retail, construction, real estate development, manufacturing, environmental services, and consulting sectors. She has also served on the boards of several companies.

With Cimmere joining the company’s Management Board, current interim Board member Guntars Levics will be leaving the company.
