RIGA - The suspicious substance which was sent to the Russian Embassy in Riga on Wednesday has been handed over for laboratory testing, LETA was informed by the State Police.
Local law enforcement completed work at the scene yesterday evening and the shipment with the unknown substance was handed over to a laboratory for testing.
The police have launched an investigation into the incident. Police will first await the results of the lab test before moving forward in a more specific direction with the investigation.
