  • 2024-12-17

Summus Capital has successfully completed the acquisition of React office building in downtown Łódź, Poland. A conditional sale agreement was signed on November 27, 2024. As of today, all conditions agreed upon by both the purchaser and the vendor Echo Investment have been fulfilled, culminating in the finalization of the transaction.

The property, valued at €32.5 million, includes over 15,000 square meters of high-end office space and is entirely occupied by esteemed tenants under long-term agreements averaging close to seven years. This guarantees both stability and a consistent revenue stream. The React office building is distinguished by its contemporary, environmentally sustainable design, holding both BREEAM Excellent certification and a WELL Health-Safety rating, thereby constituting a prime investment for Summus Capital OÜ.

"With the closing of this previously agreed transaction, we at Summus have reached a significant milestone, achieving a €100 million commercial real estate portfolio. We are proud to confirm that we are here to stay. We strongly believe in office building concepts that, in addition to being EU Taxonomy-compliant, have been developed and chosen by tenants after recent crises—serving as a testament to the long-term sustainability of such projects," remarked Hannes Pihl, Board Member at Summus Capital and Managing Partner at Zenith Family Office.

Summus Capital is grateful for the financial backing provided by HYPO NOE Landesbank für Niederösterreich und Wien AG represented by Thomas Milunovic in course of the transaction and the advisory services rendered throughout the acquisition process by the respected law firm Penteris on borrower side and CMS Poland on the lender side represented by Jakub Podkowa and Karolina Zając.

Summus Capital (www.summus.ee) is a real estate investment holding company founded in 2013. The group owns a portfolio of 16 properties in the three Baltic countries and Poland, which includes buildings in the retail, office, logistics and medical sectors with a value of about 500 million euros.
