VILNIUS – Under the most pessimistic scenario, a strict quarantine in Lithuania might be necessary as early as the beginning of November to bring the COVID-19 spread under control, the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences said on Tuesday, citing its own projections and those of the Lithuanian Energy Institute.
