RIGA - State Police chief Ints Kuzis will step down from his position in February, the Latvian public television (LTV) reported.
Kuzis today will submit a resignation letter to Interior Minister Sandis Girgens, and will step down on February 10.
Kuzis had made his decision already at the end of last year, he said in his post on Facebook.
He said that he had been in the position at times full of challenges and has managed to deal with complicated tasks. He said that there has been much work done, planning the future of the police...
