Silina to be accompanied by three employees from her office at 2026 Winter Olympics

RIGA - Prime Minister Evika Silina (New Unity) is planning to attend the upcoming Winter Olympic Games in Milan and Cortina accompanied by three employees from her office, the prime minister's advisor Anna Udre told LETA.

Silina, President Edgars Rinkevics and Education and Science Minister Dace Melbarde (New Unity) have been included in the Latvian Olympic delegation as guests of honor.

Siliņa will be accompanied by three members of her office - the office's head Ieva Ziberga, protocol advisor Skaidrite Zarane, and digital communications advisor Paula Muizinika.

This will be the first Olympics that Silina will attend as an official.

The Milan and Cortina Olympic Games will take place from February 6 to 22.
