Siauliu Bankas in spotlight on Vilnius bourse this week

VILNIUS – Siauliu Bankas was in the spotlight on the Nasdaq Vilnius Stock Exchange higher in the outgoing week as it saw its shares worth more than 3.5 million euros change hands.

Ignitis Grupe also attracted attention, posting share turnover of more than 1 million euros. Telia Lietuva,Grigeo and Novaturas also attracted some trading interest.

The OMX Vilnius index closed the week 0.27 percent higher at 980.20 points. The OMX Baltic Benchmark index firmed 1.47 percent to 1,526.27 points and the OMX Baltic 10 index of the ten most liquid Baltic stocks was up 1.28 percent to 314.54 points.

Siauliu Bankas, quoted on the blue-chip Main List, inched down 0.14 percent to 0.728 euros in trades worth 3.554 million euros.

Ignitis Grupe rose 0.86 percent to 23.350 euros in trades worth 1.427 million euros. Grigeo wrnt uo 0.61 percent to 0.996 euros in trades worth 392,000 euros. Novaturas was off 0.25 percent to 3.990 euros in trades worth 267,400 euros, and Aprangs rose 0.26 percent to 1.920 euros in trades worth 94,200 euros.

The market's weekly share turnover totaled 6.677 million euros, including 6.536 million euros for the Main List's stocks.
