The share of loans in arrears in Latvian banks’ loan portfolio decreased somewhat in the first nine months of this year, reaching 10.8 per cent, the Financial and Capital Market Commission (FCMC) reported.
At the end of Sept. 2016, the total value of overdue bank loans was 1.635 billion euros, up 2.3 per cent or 37.497 million euros from the end of 2015.
