Setting the standard in Lithuania’s auto parts market – UAB Autoaibe

  • 2025-12-23

The Lithuanian company UAB Autoaibe has been operating since 1992, guided by a clear vision – to set an example in the car parts and service field, build an outstanding team of consultants, and be the leading auto parts provider in Lithuania. “Our main focus is on customers who take care of their cars themselves. No technical knowledge is required – everyone is welcome, including those looking for non-standard solutions. We help resolve issues either through consultation or by recommending the most suitable product. For this reason, we place particular emphasis on service quality,” Arunas Vaisvila, director of UAB Autoaibe, told The Baltic Times Magazine.

Currently, 18 Autoaibe self-service stores are operating across Lithuania, offering more than 250,000 product items. Stores are in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipeda, Siauliai, Panevezys, Marijampole, Taurage, Plunge, Kretinga, Gargzdai, Telsiai, and Silute.

Asked to reflect on the year 2025, Vaisvila said: “We launched a project to build a new warehouse equipped with automated order-picking systems. This will allow us to operate more efficiently, expand our product range, and offer faster delivery to our customers. We also implemented a planned project to use renewable energy sources in our operations and installed solar power systems at most of our stores, supported by EU funding. Recently, we upgraded our vehicle fleet with both hybrid and fully electric vehicles.”

Over time, these investments will contribute to environmental protection, reduce costs, increase the company’s competitiveness, and allow us to focus even more on improving the customer experience, while also creating opportunities to invest in other areas.

Knowledgeable Autoaibe store staff provide all necessary consultations and help customers choose the right product. Customers can easily find popular auto parts ranging from a screw to auto diagnostic equipment. Autoaibe customers can seek consultation both from consultants at physical stores and from online consultants.

“Both physical stores and the online shop cater not only to car owners but also to owners of motorcycles, light commercial vehicles, trailers, and other motorized transport. The range includes parts for both classic and the latest vehicle models manufactured in Europe, Japan, Korea, and the United States,” the director said.

A wide assortment is available for popular brands such as BMW, VW, Mercedes, Audi, Toyota, Volvo, Kia, and many others. Products from well-known manufacturers including Bosch, Continental, Champion, Allied Nippon, Castrol, Knecht, Energizer, Boge, Lemforder, Meyle, and others are available, along with batteries, tools, accessories, oils, and automotive chemicals.

“Our employees are trained according to detailed programs, and we also strive to ensure their continuous development and improvement of skills. In this way, we ensure that technical knowledge and service quality are standardized across our entire network, regardless of whether it is a large city, a small town, or an online store,” Vaisvila accentuates.

Autoaibe also provides auto parts assembly and delivery services for corporate vehicle fleets. This service allows companies to source all required products from a single supplier and plan fleet maintenance more efficiently. Additionally, Autoaibe offers vehicle maintenance and high-quality repair services at its service center in Klaipeda.

Many products purchased both online and in physical stores come with a warranty, and customers can participate in the loyalty program, allowing them to purchase Autoaibe products at discounts of up to 25 percent.

“Whether shopping online or in-store, our team ensures that suppliers are carefully selected and that priority is given to certified auto parts and automotive products. Since many products are covered by warranty, faulty items can be replaced, repaired, or refunded,” Vaisvila said.

“Our business principles are based on strong values: ensuring that auto parts ordered online reach customers on time, are of the highest quality, and that in-store service is friendly and effective,” he added.

Over the years, the company has earned the trust of demanding automotive repair professionals and drivers who maintain their vehicles independently. For many years, the company has been recognized among the strongest businesses in Lithuania – the company’s high financial reliability rating, a distinction held by only 5 percent of companies operating in Lithuania, attests to this.

Notably,  in 2025, the company received the “Trusted Employer” certificate, which recognizes companies that treat employees responsibly, apply transparent wage policies, and meet their obligations on time.
