Roul Tutt, with extensive experience in banking and energy sector management, has started as the new CEO of Endover, one of Estonia's most influential real estate developers.

Roul Tutt worked from 2021 until June this year as a board member of Enefit AS in the Eesti Energia group, heading both the sales and later business development divisions. Previously, he has worked in leadership positions at various banking companies and has experience in sales and customer service in the Baltic and Nordic markets. Tutt holds the degree of international Master of Business Administration (MBA).

Endover's Chairman of the Board and owner Endo Tõnuver said that during its 25 years of operation and through various economic cycles, the company has secured a strong position as one of Estonia's most important developers, implemented landmark projects, and shown direction in shaping modern urban space. According to him, the next development stage requires a seasoned and versatile CEO to provide strong leadership.

"Roul's broad experience in managing and developing various organizations will help Endover create a fresh approach to strategic management, financing, implementation of new technologies, and expanding synergy in customer and partner relationships," said Tõnuver.

Roul Tutt said that he sees his main task as implementing Endover's long-term strategy and projects that create value for both customers and investors, comprehensively transform urban space, and leave a broader mark on Tallinn's development. "Endover was one of the first developers who initiated the revival of Põhja-Tallinn district, which is now highly valued by residents, businesses, and investors alike. The Volta quarter and adjacent areas are becoming Tallinn's new-faced near city center. I am driven by the knowledge that Endover isn't afraid to think big while keeping focus on every detail – it's precisely this combination that creates the foundation to take the company to a new growth phase and help people create homes that provide value for life," said Tutt.

According to Tutt, the quality and integration of modern living and working environments significantly affect the competitiveness of Estonia and Tallinn. Therefore, it is important to consistently work toward change and long-term results in this area – the goal is to create a modern, forward-looking, people-centered urban space.
