RIGA - The NATO Resilience Symposium - Resilience in an Age of Turmoil, organized by NATO Headquarters in cooperation with the Allied Transformation Command, will take place in Riga next week, Daniela Reihenbaha, representative of the Military Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Defense (MOD), informed LETA.

This year's NATO Resilience Symposium will gather over 250 civil and military leaders, policy makers and experts from NATO member states and partners in Riga from April 25 to April 27 to talk about resilience as the responsibility of each country and the collective commitment of the alliance.

Symposium participants will study and discuss key issues related to the resilience agenda in order to better understand them and be able to make faster decisions with the aim of reducing vulnerability, as well as improving the ability to prepare for strategic shocks and disruptions - to resist, react and quickly recover from them.

The first NATO Resilience Symposium took place in 2022 in Warsaw.
