RIGA - On June 1 the Riga Film Fund will announce a competition for its co-financing to foreign film projects, LETA was told at Riga City Hall.
The local government's EUR 800,000 co-financing to foreign film projects is intended to promote the shooting of foreign films in Riga and Latvia in order to support the relaunch of the Latvian film industry and stimulate attraction of foreign financing to the Latvian film industry and promotion of Riga.
