RIGA FASHION WEEK is organizing a campaign to support young talents

The organizer of RIGA FASHION WEEK, the Baltic Fashion Federation, is organizing a campaign to support young talents studying at the Latvian Academy of Arts. People who are interested have the opportunity to help emerging fashion designers by purchasing RFW Exclusive T-Shirts designed by renowned Latvian designers. The amount of funds raised will be known at the end of the coming RFW, which will take place from October 29 to November 2.

This is the first time the Baltic Fashion Federation is organizing this kind of action to support students of the Department of Fashion. Due to cooperation with Spice shopping centre and Printify company, limited edition RIGA FASHION WEEK T-shirts with exclusive design from famous Latvian fashion artists - Dace Krievina-Bahmane (brand Dace Bahmann), Anna Ledskalnina (brand Anna Led), Julia Malahova (brand MCouture), Agnese Narnicka (brand One Wolf), Marina Doroshenko (brand ArtJam).

"We thank everyone who participated and helped! These are our famous designers, musicians and young entrepreneurs, as well as simple fashion fans who will contribute by purchasing these t-shirts. The amount of funds raised will be known at the end of this Riga Fashion Week, but for the moment we say: "May the hand of the giver not be scanty!", Elena Strahova, the President of the Baltic Fashion Federation says.

"RIGA FASHION WEEK Limited Edition T-shirt" presentation will take place on the first day of Riga Fashion Week, on October 29, in Spice shopping centre, and will be open not only to invited guests, but also to every visitor of Spice. Popular Latvian musicians - Dagamba, Markus Riva, Triana Park, Dvines, Aminata Savadogo will take part in the event. Funds raised from the sale of the t-shirts will be transferred to the young designers of the Latvian Academy of Arts with the purpose of collection creation.

This fall, RIGA FASHION WEEK will take place from October 29 to November 2. RFW program includes SS20 fashion shows of the best Latvian fashion artists and foreign designers, several business-oriented as well as entertaining events.
