Latvia’s capital city continues to attract more tourists coming to check out its beautiful Old Town, and it is also now a popular destination for conferences and events. The rapid growth of Riga Airport, exceeds the European average and in July, Riga became one of the fastest growing airports in Europe serving between 5 to 10 m passengers per annum. According to the unaudited condensed interim statement of Riga International Airport, net turnover in the first half of 2017 surpassed 25 m Euros.
