The Riga City Council's committee on financial and administrative affairs has approved the proposal to pay a EUR 10,800 cash reward to Latvian speed skater HaraldsSilovs and his coach for the fourth place that Silovs won at the Winter Olympic Games in Pyeongchang this year.It is planned that Silovs would get EUR 7,200 and his coach Diana Stupele EUR 3,600 after the applicable tax is deducted.
