RIGA - Rattling through the Old Town, cruising along the new bike lanes on Elizabetes and Dzirnavu streets, rushing alongside motorized traffic on Vansu tilts and yes, occasionally running a red light – now that the sun is shining again we can encounter a cyclist around every corner in Riga. The Latvian capital is slowly becoming a bicycle city, where more and more people use bikes for daily urban transportation.
