Revenue of LAU Infra Grupa reaches EUR 17.3 million in Q1

Revenue of Latvian infrastructure construction and road maintenance company LAU Infra Grupa AS reached EUR 17.3 million in the first quarter of 2026, meanwhile company's EBITDA for the reporting period amounted to EUR 1.5 million. The company closed the quarter with a net profit of EUR 94.6 thousand, maintaining a stable volume of operations and a balanced capital structure. 

“In the first quarter, we maintained stable volumes of work, successfully fulfilling 19 national road maintenance contracts while also developing our operations in other infrastructure segments. Despite seasonal factors and rising costs in the sector, the company maintains a stable financial position and continues preparations for its planned stock exchange listing,” said Vilnis Vitkovskis, Chairman of the Management Board of LAU Infra Grupa AS. 

The majority of the company’s revenue during the reporting period, 76.9%, was generated by maintenance works on national roads, while 19.4% came from works on municipal and forest roads. 

LAU Infra Grupa AS operates in a free market environment and does not receive state budget funding to support its business operations. The company’s performance is based on the execution of commercial contracts, efficient resource management and targeted work organisation. 

The company continues preparations for its initial public offering (IPO), which will mark the next stage in its development. The capital raised is planned to be directed towards technology development, improving operational efficiency, developing new services and pursuing expansion opportunities in new markets, while also strengthening the company’s capacity to implement strategically important infrastructure projects.
