RIGA - Restrictions on passenger transport with the UK might be extended also after January 1, or lifted earlier, said Transport Minister Talis Linkaits (New Conservative Party) in an interview with the Latvian public radio today.
He said that the decision on restricting passenger transport to the UK until January 1 has been made in communication with other countries, namely, the Netherlands, but also Lithuania and Estonia and some other countries have made similar decisions.
