The most important conclusion of the report on corruption risks at the state-owned company Port of Tallinn is that political corruption exists in Estonia, MP Artur Talvik, head of the parliamentary investigative committee, said at the presentation of the report's findings in parliament on Tuesday.
"Even though we didn't prove the movement of (money in) plastic bags to party headquarters, this was not our goal either. The report says that just like elsewhere in the world, political corruption exists also in Estonia," Talvik said.
