Remains of Lithuania's rebel leader found

Remains of Zigmantas Sierakauskas, the leader of the Lithuanian 1863 uprising against the tsarist Russia, have been found on the Gedimino Hill in central Vilnius, the Culture Ministry said on Wednesday, July 26, citing initial data. The remains were recently discovered on top of the Gedimino Hill by archeologists of the Lithuanian National Museum.
