Reirs proposes to increase minimum monthly wage to 407 euros

Continuing discussions on increase of the minimum wage, social contributions in this context will also grow, and it will be possible to revise social support in the future, said Latvian Welfare Minister Janis Reirs (Unity). Reirs’ spokeswoman Aija Bukova-Zideluna said that the informative report on proposals for increase of the minimum wage will be revised at the nearest National Tripartite Co-operation Council meeting.
