A regional culture festival in Europe dedicated to Latvia’s Centenary will take place in Ireland from April 28 to May 1, offering visitors an opportunity to participate in a unique event starting the Way of Latvian Flag initiative, the European Latvian Association (ELA) announced.
A Latvian national flag woven specially for the centenary celebrations and a book of messages will travel to the Latvian people around the world before the Centenary of Latvia. The flag will arrive in Ireland from Canada.
