We hereby notify that in accordance with Section 204 (1) (b) of the BVI Business Companies Act 2004, RBG Nahimov Ltd  incorporated on the territory of the British Virgin Islands is undergoing the process of voluntary liquidation. The voluntary liquidation started on 12th day of October, 2022 and the liquidator is EMIL TSUNIZHOV of 5 Ermoupoleos Flat 102, 2007 Strovolos, The Republic of Cyprus.
