Wherever you go to Vilnius, Riga or Tallinn, you’ll fall will in love with the local architecture, culture or the cuisine – so unique and tourist-loving the cities are. However, if you’re dark-skinned, wearing a head scarf, let alone the burqa, the chances are high you’ll get a good deal of piercing glances. And, well, not only them in the worst concatenation.
