Quarter-million Lithuanians register to stay in UK

Almost 250,000 Lithuanians have applied to stay in the UK after the July 1 deadline set in the Brexit agreement, LRT.lt, the website of the Lithuanian national broadcaster, reported on June 28. Lithuanian Ambassador to the UK Renatas Norkys says the figure includes people who had applied by the middle of April and may go up as the information is updated.
