VILNIUS – Enzo Ghinazzi, an Italian singer best known as Pupo, will be replaced by another performer at a three-band concert in Siauliai after his performance in the Kremlin a few days ago, Renatas Nacajus, director of the city's arena, said on Tuesday.

"We have just received an assurance from Legacy Inn, the event organizer, that Enzo Ghinazzi-Pupo, who performed in the Kremlin a few days ago, will be replaced by another performer for the joint concert of three bands in Siauliai," Nacajus said.

"We are sincerely glad and welcome the decision of Legacy Inn to close the gates to pro-Russian figures in Lithuania," he added.

According to the Siauliai Arena director, talks are currently underway with a performer to replace the Italian singer of "a questionable reputation". Austria's Joy and Italy's Gazebo will perform in the concert as planned.
