Several hundred people gathered outside the Parliament Building in Vilnius on Tuesday, May 16, to watch a concert staged to protest against the ruling coalition's plans to restrict alcohol consumption at concerts and other mass events. The protest concert named "Freedom to Rock 'n' Roll" was organized by the organizers of the country's most famous festivals and musicians.
