TALLINN – The North District Prosecutor's Office has applied to the Harju County Court for the young man, who caused the collision of four cars on Tallinn's Laagna Road that resulted in two people being killed and several injured, to be take into custody.
North District Prosecutor Diana Helila told BNS that tests performed in hospital did not detect that the man who caused the accident had been under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
