Prime Prometics, a global leader in the pro-age beauty segment, continues to double its annual revenue and broke new records last year – the company’s consolidated revenue in 2024 exceeded €48 million, marking a 119% increase compared to the previous year. Meanwhile, the company’s consolidated profit before taxes reached €5 million, representing a 139% year-over-year increase. Last year, the company not only significantly exceeded its financial targets but also launched 19 new products and doubled its team.
Prime Prometics is a pro-age ecommerce beauty brand that develops makeup and skincare products specifically formulated for women over 50. The company also educates the public and promotes the pro-age movement in the beauty industry. As industry trends shift, more women over 50 are moving away from anti-aging and artificial beauty solutions and instead choosing products that celebrate natural beauty, where signs of aging are seen as marks of a life well-lived, not something to be hidden.
“Women deserve high-quality products that meet their evolving needs at every age and stage of life. Our goal isn’t just to create makeup – we’re building a movement that empowers women to age with dignity, confidence, and pride,” emphasizes Kaspars Eglitis, founder and CEO of Prime Prometics. “Last year proved that a sustainable, value-driven approach to business delivers long-term results. However, it also brought significant challenges, the most notable being a shortage of a qualified local workforce, forcing us to find creative solutions to ensure the resources our team needed. One major step in this direction was opening a new office in Vilnius, where we plan to expand the team further this year.”
Originally, Prime Prometics created its products with a focus on women who were affected by breast cancer and had lost their hair and eyelashes due to harsh medical treatments. The company remains actively committed to supporting the breast cancer community in the future as well. This year, Prime Prometics plans to participate in support programs and charitable initiatives, collaborating with hospitals and non-profit organizations.
In addition, Prime Prometics has launched new partnerships in the US and Europe to diversify and expand its product portfolio. These partnerships include collaborations with manufacturers that develop top-tier formulas for beauty industry leaders such as Rihanna’s Fenty Beauty and Dior. In 2025, Prime Prometics also aims to build a strong and sustainable team. The company plans to create new jobs and attract passionate professionals who share its values and will help carry the message of the pro-age movement even further.
