TALLINN - Estonian media group Postimees Grupp is unilaterally terminating the agreement according to which advertising on Russian TV channels broadcast to Estonian viewers was sold.

Postimees Grupp sales director and management board member Taavi Latti said that Postimees Grupp does not consider it possible to cooperate with TV channels that represent the interests of a Russian Federation that has attacked Ukraine.

The decision concerns all Russian channels on which Postimees Grupp sold advertising -- PBK, NTV Mir Estonia, Ren TV Estonia and Dom Kino.

Telecom operators Telia and Elisa announced previously that they will terminate their contracts with Nord Print OU, broadcaster of Russian TV channels which holds the broadcasting rights of PBK Eesti, Ren TV Estonia, NTV Mir Estonia and several other TV channels in Estonia.
