The populations of Kuprava and Kepova counties decreased the most due to internal migration over the past 18 years, according to the Central Statistical Bureau's interactive map of internal migration in Latvia. Kuprava County in Vilaka Region and Kepova County in Dagda Region each lost 60 percent of residents in 2000-2018.
