Plummeting fuel prices brings boost to airBaltic

As global oil and fuel prices tumble from their once sky-high prices, Latvia’s state run airline airBaltic has been able to take the pressure off its beleaguered finances while still offering lower prices to consumers. AirBaltic could reduce its lowest ticket prices from EUR 29 to EUR 22, as well as offer more cheaper tickets, the airline’s vice president in corporate communications Janis Vanags told LETA, Latvia’s information agency.
