Riga - The Security Police have identified those involved in circulating a picture on the Internet promoting the idea of a ‘’Latgale people’s republic’’, LETA found out from the Security Police.
Investigating the matter, the Security Police have been able to identify the persons responsible. However, the Security Police are not revealing the identity of these persons to the public yet, nor from what country they are from.
